Fourth Caribbean Fine Cocoa Conference And Chocolate Expo (CFCF4)


This is the fourth Annual Caribbean Fine Cocoa Conference and Chocolate Expo to be held in the Caribbean Region. This year's theme is "The Future Industry of Caribbean Fine Cocoa and Chocolate" in keeping with the current, changing market dynamics in this sector.
There will be presentations from experts in the fine cocoa sector and updates on recent commercial developments and projects from across the Caribbean. The event will be important to all players in the cocoa industry both inside and outside the region - cocoa growers, prospective investors, cocoa processors, chocolatiers, research institutions, Government Agencies, NGO's and private companies - regional and international.
Come and taste the latest exquisite cocoa drinks and chocolate products made from local cocoa beans. Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Ritz Carlton the Conference builds on the 3 preceeding events which have been held Trinidad, Tobago and amaica. They use  their own power tools and work in teams to do about 2 acres per day for a reasonable fee charge.
